Feeling Your Energies

Well this is not as hard as you might think so I will give you step by step instructions for the basics.

​

  1. You need to relax either sitting or standing and just clear your mind of daily clutter

  2. Put the flat of your hands together then pull them apart about 6"

  3. Think of a ball (energy) in between the palms of your hands 

  4. Slowly close your hands together but feel the ball (Energy) Pushing your hands apart

  5. Move your hands further out to about 12" then again bring them together feeling the energy between them

  6. Do this several times until the energy gets stronger and keep practising daily 

  7. "YOU WILL BE AMAZED"

Did you know that you can give yourself healing.......?

It's easier than you think so here is how.........

​

  • First follow the section on healing i.e. relaxing and creating your energy ball

  • Once you can feel the energy ball put your hands in the following positions for 3 minutes each. (Over your Chakras)

  • Top of the head (Crown Chakra)

  • Over your eyes (Third Eye Chakra)

  • On your neck (Throat Chakra)

  • Over your heart (Heart Chakra)

  • Between your Navel & Heart (Solar Plexus Chakra)

  • On your navel (Navel Chakra)

  • On your groin (Base Chakra)

  • Whilst doing the above just imagine a warm light (like Sunshine) entering through your hands going into your body at each point in time

  • Whilst doing the above you may feel Warm, Cool, Tingly and emotional which are all normal

  • When you have finished the last one sit quietly for 5 to 10 minutes after and you should feel energised & Healthier
